This policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly from SkyStruct QSTP-LLC. Read it with the Terms of Service and your accepted Order. An expressly agreed enterprise or reseller contract may provide different billing and cancellation arrangements. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply.
1. Subscription term and billing
Your Order identifies the product, licensed quantities, commitment period, billing cycle and any additional services. Billing frequency is not the same as the subscription term: instalments or a monthly equivalent do not make an annual or multi-year commitment cancellable each month.
Subscription charges are payable in advance unless your Order states otherwise. Implementation, migration, training, integrations and other separately purchased services follow their agreed scope and payment terms.
2. Renewals
Automatic renewal applies only where disclosed and accepted, for the period stated in your Order. A non-renewing fixed-term subscription expires unless a renewal is agreed. Cancel before the Order's deadline; where no longer notice period is expressly agreed, a notice received before the current term ends prevents renewal.
A renewal price change requires at least 30 days' notice and sufficient time to exercise your non-renewal right. A late notice does not prevent you from rejecting the changed renewal before it takes effect.
3. How to cancel
An authorised account owner or billing administrator may use an available account cancellation function or email info@skystruct.com with the subject “Subscription cancellation”. Include your account or organisation name, registered billing email and subscription reference where available. Specify whether you are cancelling renewal or exercising an earlier termination right.
We may reasonably verify authority and will confirm the effective date. Verification or a delayed acknowledgement must not defeat a notice received on time. Keep your submission record. Removing users, deleting the app, stopping use or cancelling a payment method does not cancel the contract.
4. Effective date and commitment
Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not normally end the current term or produce a mid-term refund. Access continues until that term ends, subject to the Terms. Remaining instalments under a valid fixed-term commitment remain payable according to the agreement; cancellation does not itself accelerate them.
Earlier termination is available where the Order expressly permits it, an uncured material breach gives that right under the Terms, or applicable law requires it. Completing a construction project is not, by itself, an early-termination right.
5. Licence changes
Additional licences or services require an authorised request and confirmation of charges, effective dates and any pro-rating before activation. Removing users or reducing actual use does not automatically reduce purchased quantities. Unless the Order provides otherwise, reductions take effect at renewal after timely notice and subject to the plan's eligibility requirements.
6. Refunds and credits
Voluntary mid-term cancellation and unused licences do not normally generate refunds. Refunds expressly provided by the Order, Terms or applicable law remain available. These include unused prepaid subscription fees where you validly terminate for SkyStruct's uncured material breach, SkyStruct ends a service early without your breach, or the Terms provide a refund following an intellectual-property claim or prolonged force-majeure event.
Properly performed work remains payable. Unperformed services follow the Order and applicable law. Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where feasible, or another lawful agreed method, within any applicable statutory deadline. Availability credits follow the SLA or Terms and cannot duplicate recovery for the same loss.
7. Consumer rights in Qatar
For qualifying consumer transactions, Article 57 of Qatar's Electronic Transactions and Commerce Law provides a conditional three-day right to rescind an electronic contract unless a valid alternative was agreed, subject to the statutory conditions on performance and receipt of use, benefit or value. Registration alone is not treated as a universal waiver.
Article 58 may permit termination and a refund for affected performance delayed beyond 30 days where no different performance period was agreed. Other mandatory rights are preserved. Business-to-business subscriptions do not automatically receive consumer withdrawal rights. Email us promptly to exercise an applicable right.
8. Failed payments and suspension
Before suspending for an overdue, undisputed amount, we will give written notice and at least 10 calendar days to remedy it. Reasonably substantiated, good-faith invoice disputes follow the Terms. Suspension does not cancel the commitment or authorise unrelated use of your data.
9. Access, exports and deletion
Production access ends on expiry or termination. The default retrieval window is 30 calendar days afterwards, using supported exports or reasonable assistance rather than continued production access. Export essential records while your account is active. Ordinary supported exports are included; bespoke migration assistance requires a separate agreement.
Unless a lawful alternative is documented, active copies are deleted within 30 days after that retrieval window ends, and residual backups expire within 90 days after it ends. The DPA governs return, earlier deletion instructions, legal retention and restricted access. Completed deletion may be irreversible. Extended archiving is not included unless agreed.
10. Reseller accounts and contact
Where a reseller invoices you, use the cancellation route in its agreement. SkyStruct will assist with service and data enquiries within its responsibilities. Reseller arrangements do not displace mandatory rights or our direct data-protection duties.
